Using eloquent poetry and strong imagery, The Dream Machine begins in the lucid dream state of Sylas. Entrenched in a battle with himself and Lucifer, he must travel through the dream world to receive the messages being given to him by Adeline( The Angel of Dreams) and find his loved ones. In the midst of this, he is offered the position of being the Angel of Death by Epollyon ( The current Angel of Death) in the next cycle of the world after the end of days. His soul is written in the Lambs book of God as the last soul to be saved. God and Lucifer battle over his soul, but who will win? How can he exchange wits with God and his fallen angels to reveal his fate and find out the truth of his reality? How do Lucifer's plans and actions in this dream affect the real world?
